A: For our existing products, we can provide samples for free if available, but you need to pay frieght fee. If OEM samples are made, the cost is about 30-100$ depending on different styles. If you place an order, the sample fee can be refunded.

  Q3:Can I change the color/material or put a logo on the product?

A: Yes, of course.

  Q4:What about minimum order quantity? For stock products, there is no minimum order quantity.

A: For OEM products, the minimum order quantity is usually 300 pcs per design, and for some special cases, the minimum order quantity should be adjusted according to the actual situation.

  Q5:What is your delivery time?

A: Usually, it takes 1-3 days if we have stock. For customized samples, the lead time is 7-15 days. For mass production, it usually takes 10-35 days, but it also depends on the style and quantity.

A: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. We accept wire transfer, letter of credit, PayPal, trade warranty, etc.
